Lumiwren Pte. Ltd. ("Lumiwren", "we") is a company in Singapore. This policy covers the lumiwren.com website and the tools we use to publish our own videos on social media. Our products have their own policies: see the Starstep Island Privacy Policy.
This website
- We don't use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking on lumiwren.com, and the site has no accounts or forms.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use this to identify you. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply. We keep emails for as long as needed to help you, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
Our social media publishing tool
We use our own software to post videos about our products to our own YouTube and TikTok accounts. It uses the YouTube Data API and the TikTok Content Posting API only to upload videos we made and to read our own channel's name. It does not collect, view or store information about other people, viewers or their accounts.
- Access tokens are kept privately on our own computer and are never shared.
- Our use of YouTube follows the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page.
- Our use of TikTok follows TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Children
This website is for parents, teachers and partners. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children here.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
